Join Elisabeth and Lynn for an evening of candlelight reiki and restorative yoga as we rest, restore and rally our resistance through self-care and embodiment.
Elisabeth will be guiding you through a restorative yoga practice while Lynn offers individual, hands-on reiki. Reiki is a Japanese technique consisting of hands-on energy work used for stress reduction and relaxation. When combined with restorative yoga this can be a space of deep rest and healing.
This a critical time in our city and country. It is important right now to check in with our bodies. Taking care of yourself is not selfish. This is a time to prioritize self-care to keep yourself grounded and well resourced, so you can stay regulated and engaged in the coming days and weeks ahead.
We will be offering this event free of charge or if desired a monetary donation which will be given to an organization that is helping in these trying times. Let’s connect in meaningful ways in community to rest, restore and resist together.
