When we feel triggered by our child's behavior, it's often because it unconsciously reminds us of moments in our own childhood where we were shamed or criticized for similar actions.

For example, if a parent feels intense frustration or anger when their child expresses strong emotions like anger or sadness, it could be because the parent was taught in their own childhood that such emotions were unacceptable or met with punishment. Seeing their child display these emotions may bring up unresolved feelings or trauma from their own past.

The best thing was can do for our child is HEAL our own inner child ❤️
