Today, while hiking, I received a lesson from the wisest little soul walking beside me.
Every so often she’d stop, turn around, and look back. Not because she was lost… but because she wanted to make sure I wasn’t.
Sometimes she’d wait until I caught up. Sometimes she’d walk beside me for a while before joyfully running ahead to discover the next beautiful scent. But she never wandered so far that she forgot where her pack was.
It made me wonder…
Maybe we’ve never outgrown that instinct.
Maybe our hearts are still searching for a pack.
In yoga, there is the beautiful idea of sangha—a community that walks alongside you. A place where you don’t have to earn your belonging. A place where you’re witnessed, encouraged, and gently held while you remember who you are.
I believe our nervous systems are constantly asking one simple question:
Am I safe here?
When the answer is yes… our shoulders soften.
Our breath deepens.
Our hearts begin to open.
That is what I hope Ū.Me Yoga becomes for every person who walks through the door.
A place where you don’t have to perform.
A place where you don’t have to have it all together.
A place where you’ll be celebrated exactly as you are while being lovingly encouraged to discover everything you’re capable of becoming.
We move together.
We breathe together.
We grow together.
No one walks alone.
If your soul has been longing for connection…
If you’ve been searching for a place that feels like coming home…
Come find your pack.
🤍 Feel safe.
🤍 Feel connected.
🤍 Feel loved.
I’ll meet you at the door.
