Lake Minnetonka Pilates Bodywork Pilates & Thai Yoga Bodywork Studio I am passionate about helping my clients improve their quality of life through movement.

I’ve worked as a certified Pilates instructor for over 17 years specializing in postnatal rehabilitation, scoliosis-postural imbalances, and injury rehabilitation. I have found that true wellness is a combination of mind, body and spirit. After my own struggles with reoccurring low-back pain I found that Thai Yoga Bodywork not only kept me injury free, but also allowed me to let go of emotional ba

ggage and anxiety that was holding me back. Thai Yoga Bodywork is a form of Yoga therapy that combines Yoga postures, massage, energy work, & meditation. I have been studying Thai Yoga Bodywork, Reiki, herbal compress, and other energy healing modalities at Devanadi Yoga in Minneapolis, MN since 2020 and recently completed my 300 hour Thai Yoga Bodywork certification.
