Join our Individualized Home Supports (IHS) with Training program as a Designated Coordinator!

You'll work directly with individuals using Accra's 245D Waivered Services, to help them develop life skills, access resources, achieve personal goals, and maintain independence in their homes and communities.

We recently celebrated Direct Support Professional Appreciation Week by hosting our first connection events for caregivers across the state 🧡 A few moments stood out:

🫂 Two parents sat down as strangers and discovered their kids are the same age. By the end of the afternoon, they'd made weekend plans! One of the parents shared she never thought she’d find a friend for her son, and she was so appreciative of the opportunity to connect with another parent who was going through what she was going through

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 One of our clients came with FOUR generations of family-caregivers! It was wonderful to see this person so well cared for by their loved ones

🗣️ So many DSPs shared their positive experiences with Accra

All of these moments meant so much to us. Thank you to everyone who showed up. We appreciate the work you do every day 🫶

We had so much fun at last week's Disability Pride Festival! 🌈🎉

Held at the Minnesota State Capitol during Disability Voting Rights Week, this year's event celebrated disability culture, self-advocacy, civic engagement, and the next generation of disability leaders.

Disability leadership means having a voice, shaping decisions, and helping build a future where everyone has the opportunity to live life on their own terms. Civic engagement, self-advocacy, and listening to disability leaders are all part of creating that future. 🧡

At Accra, we're proud to champion choice, self-direction, and individualized homecare that empowers people to make decisions about their own lives.
