Grief isn't just about death. 🩶

You can be alive, functioning, even "fine" — and still be grieving.

Ambiguous loss. Health changes. Relationships that end without feeling over. The version of yourself you thought you'd become. Safety and certainty you used to take for granted.

Grief isn't linear, and it isn't always visible. Sometimes it looks like anxiety or exhaustion — not because something is wrong with you, but because something meaningful changed.

Swipe through. 👉 And remember: grief doesn't always need to be explained, only witnessed.

Darwin, thank you. 🇦🇺🤍

I wrapped up an incredible time in Darwin earlier this week and my heart is so full. Grateful beyond words for Carmen Cubillo and the entire Healing Circle Mob team for hosting me, for the trust, the warmth, and the community you welcomed me into.

This week gave me so much more than I could have imagined. Who knows — maybe I’ll be back soon? 🤭

And after Australia... BALI 🇮🇩

Next week, I’m headed to Bali for a week of speaking, creating, connecting, learning, and experiencing — and I’m incredibly excited about everything this week is going to hold.

From August 15–19, I'll be at The Aspire Summit 2026: On the Other Side of Change at in Ubud, surrounded by women leaders, founders, and change makers from around the world.

I'm bringing a session close to my heart:
🌿 The Architecture of Becoming: Rebuilding Identity & Leadership After Loss — exploring who we become when grief, burnout, or major transitions change how we lead, what we carry, and what we're ready to build next. Through expressive arts, movement, and creative reflection, we'll look at what still fits, what doesn't, and what we're ready to create instead.

I'll also be leading the Summit's opening Tree of Life community narrative experience, creating a shared beginning for this global community of women.

Then from August 19–21, I'm staying for the Bali Impact Immersion, time with local women and organizations to learn about the island's culture, land, and spiritual roots with respect and intention.

So yes, I'm going to speak. But I'm also going to listen, learn, and hopefully come home a little different.
