📱 Your waist-to-height ratio check just got easier.

The Air Force has officially launched myBodyComp, the service's official application for recording waist-to-height ratio measurements. While myFitness remains the system of record for physical fitness and readiness assessment scores, myBodyComp serves as the official tool for logging weight-to-height ratio.

As a reminder, all Airmen without a qualifying exemption must have a current WHtR measurement recorded no later than July 31. Air Reserve Component members have until Aug. 31.
