🤍 Welcoming aligned collaborations 👉🏻 Being brought in as a facilitator for .associates new wellness series.

🤍 Honing in on helping the people who help everyone else.👉🏻 Kicked off the wellness series by holding space for an incredible group of therapists.

🤍 Finding a home for daytime group sessions (hello, Durand & Associates 😉)

What a privilege it is to come together with some of my dearest friends to share our tools and hold space for such an incredible group of women. 🤍

There’s something so powerful about collective healing—when support, intention, and care all meet in one space. Being able to witness the strength, openness, and courage in each woman is truly something special.

Treatment and recovery work is an area I feel deeply connected to, and it’s an honor to be able to share my work in a space like this. 🎶 🎨 🧘‍♀️

I recently completed a 1:1 training with someone who has played a powerful role in my own healing journey. 🤍 I went into my training with zero expectations—just deep trust that I would receive exactly what I was meant to (and boy oh boy, did I ever).🫠🙏🏻

I’ve spent the last week integrating everything that came through. There’s a different level of embodiment that comes from doing the deep work yourself. Now, I get to bring that next level of energy and depth into my work— with the exact bowls I was trained on.✨

Thank you Companions for Children - Youth Mentoring for welcoming me into the StrongHER program. It was quite special to guide young students through a group session focused on slowing down, breathing, and reconnecting with themselves. Middle school is such an important and impactful time to learn simple self-regulation tools. I love empowering individuals with different tools to support themselves. 🤍

An added bonus? Soaking in all that cozy spa warmth while winter temps hit -25 degrees.🥶

The ultimate cold weather cure = sauna • hot tub • repeat 💦♨️ (of course you could always add a massage in there too😉).
