It’s the holiday season! Full of cookies, cozy blankets, and family… and sometimes more elective inductions.

Here’s what’s you need to know: babies come when they’re ready. Inductions before your body and baby are ready can carry extra risks for both of you. Longer labor, fetal distress, & more interventions; just to name a few.

If you’re thinking about an induction, make sure you understand the risks and options. Trust your body, trust your baby, and remember: YOU get to make the choices that feel right for you 🤎

Tomorrow’s event is POSTPONED.

Unfortunately we will have to postpone tomorrows meet-up: My daughter woke up suuuper sick, complete with a cough & temp. I would hate to risk any pregnant mamas or young babies getting sick from us. I’m so sorry. Thanks for understanding 🫶

98 capsules + one beautiful keepsake print from this placenta!

Many women notice improved mood, more balanced energy, and faster recovery with their placenta capsules—though every body is different.

Processing this placenta taught me so much. Doing it in training with guidance felt completely different than trying it solo. I had a million “is this normal?” moments 🫣. But the placenta was gorgeous, the capsules came out perfectly, and I’m so grateful for the learning along the way. Super excited to encapsulate more placentas in the future!
