Come join Lolek Neurologic Rehab at Steady Strides 5K on September 19 in Mason, Ohio (or join "virtually" and save yourself the drive)! This 5K is a great fundraiser for Parkinson Support and Wellness, a group dedicated to supporting local Parkinson's outreach which includes Rock Steady Boxing at Lolek Neuro.

For all of those Oktoberfest 10K runners a few weeks later, this could be an excellent opportunity for a pre-race mini trial in a beautiful location while supporting an excellent cause.

This month marks two incredible years of Lolek Neurologic Rehab serving our community! What started as a dream to provide specialized neurologic care close to home has grown into something truly special.

Over the past two years, we’ve had the privilege of helping individuals with neurologic conditions move better, feel stronger, and live more confidently. From one-on-one therapy sessions to our amazing Rock Steady Boxing community, we are continually inspired by the hard work, resilience, and encouragement we see every day.

Dr. Johanna Bruggeman is currently completing advanced certification training and is looking forward to offering this innovative approach to support you and your loved ones.

Lolek Neuro is excited to announce a new Rock Steady Boxing class starting February, offered on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:30–11:30 AM.

If you or a loved one is living with Parkinson’s disease, Rock Steady Boxing is a fun, motivating way to fight back—helping improve strength, balance, coordination, and confidence in a structured, supportive environment with no prior boxing experience needed. All functional levels are welcome!

💙 Thanks to our friends at Parkinson’s Support and Wellness, all startup equipment is provided at no cost, and class fees may be reduced by up to 75% per month.

👥 Classes are limited to 8 boxers to ensure individualized attention.
