This is a mobile Phlebotomy service providing service to Dade and Broward county in South Florida. The licensed Phlebotomist will set appointments to come to your home to collect your specimens and deliver them to the laboratory that is in your insurance network.
All that is needed is a form of ID, insurance Card, and Prescription from physician.
The Fee is for the service of coming to your home for the collection of the ordered test and the delivery of your specimens to the Laboratory.
The Cost of the testing is still processed through your Insurance by the Laboratory the specimens have been delivered to.
We also provide services for medical kits that require collection and delivery to UPS or FEDEX if required.
