What an incredible afternoon at yesterday's HealthLinc Community Health Fair!
Brickyard Healthcare - Fountainview Care Center was proud to be part of this amazing event, connecting with our neighbors, sharing resources, and celebrating the health and wellness of the South Bend community. It was wonderful meeting so many families, making new connections, and being surrounded by organizations that are passionate about making a difference.

This month we're excited to celebrate someone who truly makes our community brighter every day.
Terry is always the first to lend a helping hand, support a friend, or spread kindness wherever he goes. His caring heart, positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond for others make him an incredible part of the Fountainview Care Center family. Simply put...he's just a great human!

Who needs a concert ticket when you've got Friday Social Hour at Fountainview Care Center by Brickyard?
Our halls were filled with music, laughter, and lots of superstar performances during karaoke with the amazing Mike from Caring Cove Hospice! From timeless classics to sing-at-the-top-of-your-lungs favorites, everyone had a chance to shine, and we loved every minute of it!
A big THANK YOU to Mike for bringing the fun and helping us create another afternoon full of smiles, memories, and great music. We’re already counting down to the next karaoke party!

Today we celebrate an incredible career and an even more incredible person!
After years of dedication as our MDS Coordinator, Paula Hawkins is beginning a well-deserved retirement. Paula has made a lasting impact on our residents, our team, and everyone fortunate enough to know her. Her hard work, compassion, and commitment have helped make Fountainview Care Center a wonderful place to call home.
While we'll certainly miss seeing her each day, we're so excited for all the adventures ahead! Paula is looking forward to spending more time traveling, canning delicious homemade goodies, and—if we know Paula—continuing to spoil the Fountainview staff with her amazing treats!
Paula, thank you for your years of service, your kindness, your dedication, and the joy you've brought to our community. We wish you endless happiness, safe travels, and a retirement filled with fun, family, and all the things you love.

What a fantastic way to kick off Friday!
A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us this morning for the Aging Connections of Michiana (ACOM) Friday Coffee & Networking event here at Fountainview Care Center by Brickyard! We loved welcoming so many wonderful professionals for a morning filled with great conversations, new connections, delicious coffee, and plenty of Friday fun.
We truly appreciate everyone who took the time to attend and help make this event such a success. Building relationships and strengthening our community is what it's all about, and we're grateful to have shared the morning with each of you.
We can't wait to see you again at a future ACOM gathering!

Brickyard Healthcare - Fountainview Care Center was proud to participate in the Beacon Heights Community Picnic on Saturday in partnership with Rhema Word. It was a beautiful, hot day, and the refreshing rain was a welcome surprise!
One of the day's biggest blessings was helping provide pallets of food to local families. Thank you to everyone who made this meaningful event possible, we're honored to support and serve our community together.

Fri-YAY just got a whole lot sweeter at Brickyard Healthcare - Fountainview Care Center!
Nothing says "Happy Friday" like sipping on delicious Dirty Sodas with friends! Our residents had an absolute blast enjoying these fun, flavorful treats, and there were plenty of smiles (and maybe a few happy dance moves!).
A huge THANK YOU to AseraCare Hospice for generously supplying today's refreshing drinks and helping make our Friday extra special. Your kindness and support mean so much to our residents and team!
Here's to sweet sips, great company, and making wonderful memories together. Cheers to a fantastic weekend!
