As you may have noticed, this page has not been very active recently as we have been focusing our attention on the Center for Hospice Care page. As most of you know, Hospice Foundation's main purpose is to raise funds to support the care Center for Hospice Care provides. In the coming months, this page will be going dormant as we continue to put the focus on CHC and the care provided. If you haven't already, please like and follow the CHC page, as we will be sharing content you used to see here on that page going forward. Thank you for your ongoing support of our organization!
