Hi everyone šŸ’› Itā€™s been a while, and Iā€™m really looking forward to reconnecting with you.
Over the past few years, Iā€™ve been expanding my work in new and meaningful directionsā€”especially through Sound Baths and creating supportive spaces for women who have experienced narcissistic abuse. šŸŒæāœØ
While this topic may seem more visible lately, the need for healing and support is very real. Many of the women I meet have endured deep emotional pain and can trace their experiences back to patterns connected with narcissistic abuse.
My hope is to offer a safe space where women feel heard, supported, and empowered as they move toward healing. šŸ’«
Iā€™m grateful to begin this next chapter and to be of service in a deeper way. Thank you for being here, and Iā€™m excited to reconnect with you all. Love you guys! šŸ¤
