For students who have completed an Introductory TRE or Neurogenic Yoga workshop and are ready to deepen their practice in a supportive group setting.

These sessions offer space for:
• Stress release & nervous system regulation
• Exploring different tremoring positions & supportive props
• Building greater attunement to your body’s signals
• Developing confidence in your at-home practice
• Cultivating more calm, resilience & ease in everyday life
