How lucky am I?

To be in a position to quietly watch
A mother teaching her daughter
And a daughter teaching her mother

To hear the words I once taught them echoed back with confidence, encouragement and patience

To see them paying those lessons forward to the ones they love

Why play pickleball when you can do this? 🛞

Suzy and Jancy trading tire flips like it’s a rally, GRIT-style.

We support every form of exercise and movement, but you have to admit, this is pretty bad ass. Nothing says fun quite like flipping a giant tire back and forth with your gym buddy.

We do not take warm-ups for granted at GRIT!

Before the intensity, before the heavy lifts, we build the foundation: proper technique, body awareness, and confidence in the movement.

Take Zoe: before pushing her strength and loading up a 50 lb sandbag, she practiced the movement, tuned into how it felt in her body, got coaching cues, and built the awareness and confidence she needed. Then when it was time… she executed flawlessly!

Train it right. Then train it heavy.
