Most men walk into my office with the same hesitation: Is this going to be a waste of time? Am I going to be judged? I get it. For 20 years, I’ve worked as a licensed professional counselor to help individuals and couples navigate the challenges of life.

I’ve worked with men who are used to carrying the weight of the world on their own. We’re taught that silence is strength, but holding it all in is a recipe for burnout. You don't have to be "in crisis" to want something better for yourself.

In our counseling sessions, there’s no pressure to perform or "speak therapist." We keep it grounded and practical. This is a private space where you can drop the armor, clear the fog, and figure out your next move.
