Today I celebrate a personal milestone that also reflects the values I promote as a family physician: consistency, wellness, and discipline. I completed my fifth Ironman 70.3, an experience that reminds me how essential it is to care for both body and mind with commitment and purpose.
I also want to congratulate my entire team for their outstanding participation in the MxLAN 5K 2026. Your energy, effort, and teamwork are a powerful example of how physical activity strengthens not only the body, but also our sense of community.
Thank you for joining me on this journey toward a more active and healthy life.

To avoid any interruption in your medications, please call the clinic on our open days to request refills.

Our staff had a wonderful time celebrating the holiday season together at our Christmas party! It was such a joy to share laughter, exchange gifts and create memories as a team.
