According to a recent survey by the Cleveland Clinic, only 50% of men engage in preventative care. Today, we're encouraging men everywhere to make their health a priority as we celebrate National Men's Health Week. ♂️🚴👟

Whether it's scheduling a wellness visit, getting active, checking in with a friend or your own mental wellness, or simply taking a moment to reset, small actions can make a big difference toward good health and vitality.
