Be yourself!

Jimothy is a wild raccoon from the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle, Washington, and he has captured hearts all over the internet simply by being himself. Wildlife experts believe he was born with a very rare congenital condition called short spine syndrome, which gives him his unique, round little shape and adorable waddle. Even with his challenges, Jimothy appears to be thriving, reminding all of us that being different doesn’t mean being less… it just means being wonderfully unique.

I think that’s why so many people have fallen in love with him. He isn’t trying to impress anyone. He just keeps showing up, living his life, and proving that joy, resilience, and kindness come in all shapes and sizes.

So if you’ve ever felt a little different, a little quirky, or like you never quite fit the mold… welcome to Jimothy’s club. Around here, being different isn’t something to hide… it’s your superpower.
