Group therapy offers a powerful space to connect, share, and grow alongside others who truly get it. When you sit in a room with people facing similar challenges, something shifts—you feel less alone, more understood, and supported in real time.

Your “window of tolerance” is the zone where you can think clearly, feel your emotions, and stay connected to yourself and others.

Inside the window, things feel manageable—even when life is hard.

Outside the window, your nervous system does what it’s designed to do:
• Fight or flight (anxiety, overwhelm, agitation)
• Shutdown (numb, disconnected, exhausted)

You’re not doing anything wrong when you leave your window—your body is trying to protect you.

Healing often looks like gently noticing:
Where am I right now?
And what helps me come back toward center?

Small shifts matter.

If this resonates, therapy can help you expand your window over time and build more capacity for life.

Summer can look light and easy on the outside—but that doesn’t mean everything feels that way on the inside.

Longer days, busy schedules, more social time… it can be a lot for your nervous system.

This season, your mental health still matters.

Slowing down.
Taking breaks.
Checking in with yourself.
Getting support when you need it.

You don’t have to wait until things get “bad enough” to start therapy.

✨ We’re here this summer and accepting new clients.✨

Embodying your best self isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about coming home to who you already are.
It’s in the way you breathe when things feel overwhelming.
The way you soften instead of shut down. The way you listen to your body instead of pushing past it.

Your “best self” isn’t perfect.It’s present.It’s grounded.It’s connected.

And it’s built in small, intentional moments—again and again.

Today, try this:Pause.Take a slow breath.Ask yourself, “What would it look like to show up as my most aligned self right now?”

Grounding is about coming back to the present moment.

When your mind is racing or your body feels overwhelmed, try this:

• Name 5 things you can see
• 4 things you can feel
• 3 things you can hear
• 2 things you can smell
• 1 thing you can taste

No need to rush. Just notice.

Sometimes safety begins with simply being here.

When everything feels a little too loud, fast, or overwhelming…

Come back to your breath.

Square breathing is one small way to ground yourself:
• Inhale 4
• Hold 4
• Exhale 4
• Hold 4

No pressure to do it perfectly—just gently begin.

Your nervous system will meet you there.
