These are a few of the things that have been filling my cup lately.
Sunlight, snacks outside, cows, and watching my baby hit big milestones — especially learning to walk.
And a well-used kids corner in our chiropractic office, a sign of busy little bodies and families making themselves at home.
Simple things, but they matter.
They remind me why creating a space that feels welcoming, lived-in, and supportive is so important.
