I found this guy a couple days ago. I love that his focus is on making exercising more accessible to those who need modifications. He’s throwing the “CAN’T” excuse right out the door. If you lose strength, flexibility and mobility you lose your quality of life! Every video has modifications so even those who have “lost it” can realistically regain their quality of life. Give him a good try. Find one of his reels on his page and do it for a week. Let me know how you feel. He has one series called “6 Ladder”. It has 18 episodes. There is another with 3 episodes so far called “strengthen the core without getting on the floor”.
