Yeah, Speech Month shout, let’s set the scene,
Kaija in the building, cool and keen.
Working with kiddos, that’s her real art,
Helping little voices find where to start.
Patient and skilled, she meets them right,
Turning hard moments into progress light.
Every small sound, every try they make,
She knows how to guide, encourage, and shape.
Then she steps out where the garden grows,
Where the good earth gives and the green life flows.
Goats in the yard with their curious eyes,
A little bit of chaos, a little surprise.
And back to work, she finds her way,
Balancing purpose from day to day.
New baby at home, a full, rich blend—

Yeah, it’s Speech Month, give credit where due,
Adam in the building, we’re celebrating you.
Day center champion, steady and strong,
Helping folks feel like they truly belong.
Complex neuro work, he handles with care,
Meeting every person right where they are.
Patient and grounded, calm through and through,
Making hard moments feel more doable too.
Up north they call him “Miss Adam” with pride,
And he takes it in stride, nothing to hide.
Kids say the name, he just smiles right along—
Good humor, good heart, where he belongs.
He loves them otters, playful and bright,
River flow energy, pure delight.
Fishing and mountains, that’s his way,
Finding his peace at the end of the day.

Global perspective, passport stay stamped,
Probably orders coffee in languages you can’t,
Research-minded, yeah she’s digging in deep,
Finding answers while the rest of us sleep.
Dyslexia expert—yeah she’s leveling up,
Turning “this is hard” into “I got this, yup,”
Reframing the struggle, flipping the script,
Building that confidence brick by brick.
And yeah, she’s a mom with a grown-up crew,
Raising amazing humans—yeah they’re thriving too,
Life experience deep, yeah she brings that through,
Balancing it all like a pro would do.
