Community FirstCare is pleased to once again host the First Aid Station on Saturday. We hope it is an uneventful injury day, but if you need help, we will have a medical professional there. If you don't need medical care, just stop by and say hi under the big tent.

UPDATE: Though the CDC issued updated guidance on May 13, stating people who are fully vaccinated do not need to wear a mask, there is no way for an entity to verify who is vaccinated and who isn't. For this reason, they may still require all patrons to wear a mask.
🔸 Please bring a mask with you in case a building you plan to enter still requires one. Thank you! 🔸

Though the Missoula City-County Health Department relaxed the mask requirement to a recommendation earlier this week, many entities in Missoula County still require masks. These include but are not necessarily limited to:
• Healthcare facilities
• Many schools and childcare facilities
• University of Montana
• Missoula International Airport
• Mountain Line
• Federal buildings
• Some local government offices, particularly those with high public use
• Private businesses and other entities that choose to require masks
*This list may not be all inclusive, as other entities not listed here may require masks.

Please join us in welcoming Dr. Steven Cohen to Community FirstCare. Dr. Cohen specializes in common non-emergent conditions impacting pediatrics to geriatrics such as broken bones, sprains & strains, common illnesses, as well as minor burns, cuts & lacerations. Dr. Cohen received his medical degree from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, residency from Overlook Family Medicine Residency, Columbia University and is a member of the Wilderness Medical Society.

Dr. Cohen and his family have been in Montana since 2001, where he practiced medicine in Billings, on the Crow Reservation and in Kalispell. All three of his children graduated from Montana schools – Son who graduated from Billings West and was appointed by John Tester to attend the navel academy – currently on the USS Alabama, daughter graduated from MSU (lives in Billings) and his youngest son graduated from Glacier High and is a senior at MSU.

When not working Dr. Cohen is an avid skier (he’s a certified ski instructor) and enjoys skiing and climbing.
