This week’s small business highlight is Rooted Pelvic Health and Yoga

I had the opportunity to visit and meet with Amanda Lasseter, DPT, and learn more about the incredible care they provide for women and families in our community. Rooted Pelvic Health and Yoga shares a space with Honeysuckle Midwifery, creating such a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment for moms through every stage of their journey.

They provide personalized care for all your pelvic floor needs, with a special focus on perinatal and postpartum care. Addressing the pelvic floor is such an important part of every woman’s healing journey, and Amanda brings so much knowledge, compassion, and expertise to the women she serves.
I also love that they are creating community connections through events like prenatal yoga and mama + toddler groups 🤍

We are so grateful to connect with and support other businesses that are passionate about caring for women and families in the Bitterroot Valley. If you are in the Hamilton area and looking for support during pregnancy, postpartum, or beyond, definitely check them out!

This week we are honored to highlight Aitapissko Counseling Collective 💛

We recently had the opportunity to meet with this incredible group of women and learn more about the beautiful work they are doing in our community. Aitapissko Counseling Collective is made up of Indigenous and mixed ancestry mental health professionals providing support for individuals, couples, and families across Montana.

What stood out most was their heart behind connection, healing, and creating safe spaces for people to feel seen and supported. Their mission is rooted in the belief that healing happens through relationships and the living presence we share with one another — something we deeply value as well. 🌿

We love connecting with and supporting local businesses that are making a meaningful impact in the lives of others, and this group is doing exactly that.

This week’s small business highlight is Built By Big Al right here in Missoula 🤍

I had the chance to work out with Al and it was SUCH a fun experience. She offers one-on-one training out of her home gym, creating a space that feels personal, welcoming, and completely tailored to you.

We’re so excited to highlight an incredible small business in our community that supports nervous system health, rest, and overall wellness 🤍

Recently, I had the chance to visit Float Missoula and experience a 60-minute float… and wow ✨

It was the kind of deep, quiet reset that’s hard to come by in the middle of busy, full days. A space to fully unplug, soften, and let your body settle.

They also offer hot + cold therapy and massage, making it such a beautiful option for intentional self-care 🌿

If you’re feeling overstimulated, touched out, or just in need of a moment to reconnect with yourself—this could be such a supportive practice to add in.

Supporting your nervous system doesn’t always have to be more doing… sometimes it looks like allowing yourself to rest 🤍
