When checking your spots, remember the ABCDEs to identify unusual signs:

• Asymmetry: Halves don't match.
• Border: Edges appear blurry or irregular.
• Color: Multiple shades are present.
• Diameter: Spots are larger than 6mm.
• Evolving: Changes occur in size, shape, or texture.

Consistency and symmetry are key to skin health. If a spot stands out, it's time for a professional scan. It's a 15-minute investment that can save your life.

Follow these two golden rules from our team:
