It’s National Death Doula Day! I want to raise awareness about the role of end-of-life doulas. We are non-medical professionals that provide holistic support to individuals and families during the end-of-life process. 7 yrs ago this day became official and it promotes education, compassionate care, and open conversations about dying, aimed at providing a peaceful, dignified transition. We offer support with planning, legacy projects, vigil support, specialized care, emotional care, and comfort.

It’s a day that all Death Doulas can rise together and be a voice for social change at end of life.
