Friday afternoon classes and ALL Saturday classes are canceled because of the hurricane.

Stay safe, bring in those patio chairs, and remember: holding down your lawn furniture does NOT count as planks! 🧘‍♀️❤️

Tru 105 Hot Yoga and Pilates and Coastal Contours have always been more than businesses to us. They’re places where people move, heal, connect, and care for their well-being. Now we’re preparing to open our next chapter at 3494 Spring Hill Ave, Mobile, AL 36608. 🧘‍♀️

We’re raising funds to make the new space welcoming, comfortable, and functional, with larger mirrors, new flooring, heat panels, fresh-air and humidity equipment, plus showers and changing facilities. These improvements will help clients, students, and our community keep growing together.
