We at the University of South Alabama Department of Orthopaedic Surgery had the pleasure of hosting Dr. Derek Kelly from Campbell Clinic in Memphis as our visiting professor this weekend. What a great couple of days! The department really enjoyed the Grand Rounds talk on pediatric firearm-related injuries, and the residents were lucky to have one of the masters give a hands-on clubfoot casting lab (thank you to and for sponsoring the workshop).

Had an amazing experience with Bayside Medical Missions last month spending a week at Fundacion La Vida in Ecuador on a pediatric orthopedic mission trip. This was my second year going and it was another fulfilling trip. Really enjoyed working with everyone and providing pediatric orthopedic care to children in need there.
