Happy Neonatal Therapists Week to our dedicated clinicians serving newborns in the Hollis J. Wiseman Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at USA Health Children’s & Women’s Hospital, the area’s only Level III NICU!

Our Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Physical Therapists use their expertise every day to support the development of premature and critically ill newborns.

We are very proud of the compassion and commitment they bring to caring for these newborns and their families.

During National Stroke Awareness Month, therapists at USA Health University Hospital participated in local news interviews to educate the community about stroke awareness and the importance of early rehabilitation intervention.

Their involvement highlighted the department’s commitment to patient education, interdisciplinary collaboration, community engagement, and increasing public awareness of therapy services.
