Physical therapy takes so many different forms, and we are beyond blessed to have such a dedicated, compassionate team of physical therapists here at Foundation Health.

From managing pain and restoring range of motion to regaining independence in daily life; our team is honored to walk alongside our patients every step of the way. 💖

So deeply grateful for the incredible heart of one of our sweet past patients! 😭

She has put together a wonderful event to help raise awareness and vital funds for breast cancer patients in our community. These funds will directly help cover essential treatment costs and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) for individuals who might not otherwise be able to afford these critical services.

While spaces are limited, we are just so thankful for the support and donations! No one has to navigate their recovery alone. 💖

Cancer care continues long after treatment ends.

At Foundation Health's For Her and Hope event, Dr. Beakley shared the importance of survivorship and the role ongoing care plays in helping patients move forward with confidence. 🩷

“The end of active treatment does not mean the end of care. Survivorship is an active partnership between you and your medical team to manage late side effects, optimize your nutrition and physical health, and protect your peace of mind. We are here to listen to your concerns, celebrate your milestones, and ensure that you have the resources you need to thrive,” said Dr. Beakley, SCC breast surgical oncologist.
