A milestone worth celebrating.
Today I officially became a Licensed Professional Counselor.
This credential represents years of training, supervision, learning, and growth—but more importantly, it represents a deep commitment to the work of helping people navigate life’s hardest moments.
To the clients who have trusted me with their stories, struggles, healing, and courage: thank you. Being invited into that space is something I will never take for granted.
I am also excited to share that I will soon be able to accept insurance, which will allow me to serve and support even more people in this community.
I am grateful for every mentor, supervisor, colleague, and supporter who helped shape the therapist I am becoming.
I’m honored to continue doing this work.

Some days, the bravest thing you do is keep showing up.

Not perfectly.

Not with everything figured out.
Just… showing up.

Healing doesn’t usually look like big breakthroughs or sudden peace.

More often, it looks like:
• taking a breath before reacting
• naming a feeling instead of judging it
• resting without earning it
• asking for support even when it feels uncomfortable

If today feels heavy, you’re not behind.

If today feels quiet, you’re not doing it wrong.

And if all you can do is the next small, kind thing—that counts.

You don’t have to rush your healing.

You’re allowed to move at the speed of being human. 💛
