This week we are highlighting Rebekah and sharing a little about why she chose Coastal Ultrasound Institute!

Rebekah was drawn to CUI because of the hands on learning, supportive environment, and the opportunity to train in multiple ultrasound specialties while learning from experienced sonographers and instructors. She wanted a career where she could make a difference in people’s lives while continuing to challenge herself and grow every day.

This week has been full of hands on learning, practice scans, teamwork, and lots of “aha” moments as our students continue building their confidence in OB and abdominal ultrasound. Seeing them improve with every scan has been so exciting to watch!

Today we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave everything for our country. 🇺🇸

At Coastal Ultrasound Institute, our flag proudly hangs in our school hallway as a daily reminder of the sacrifice, courage, and freedom made possible by our service members. We are forever grateful to those who served and especially to those who never made it home.

This week our students have been diving into the body quadrants and putting all of their medical terminology knowledge into action as we get closer to wrapping up this course in just a couple weeks!

At Coastal Ultrasound Institute, we believe learning should be hands on, interactive, and actually FUN. From games and group activities to real world anatomy discussions, our students are building a deeper understanding of the human body while making the information stick long term.

Today we’re turning up the fiesta and the physics at Coastal Ultrasound Institute 🎉📚

Who knew your abdominal aorta could be the real MVP of the party? While you’re thinking tacos and margaritas, we’re thinking flow dynamics, Doppler angles, and keeping that aorta looking nice and smooth 💃🫀

Our students are learning that behind every great ultrasound image is a little bit of magic… and a whole lot of ultrasound physics. From sound waves traveling faster than your salsa dancing feet to capturing real-time images of the body’s largest artery, it’s all about precision, skill, and just the right amount of energy 😉
