El Rio is a distinctive memory care community serving those living with memory loss. Welcome to distinctive memory care at El Rio.

Our specialized community environments and personalized care model reconnect your loved ones to their cherished memories—helping to create a deep sense of purpose for them. Memory loss manifests itself differently in each person and we recognize the challenges faced. This specialized memory care community is near medical facilities equipped to serve the specific needs of those experiencing Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and other forms of memory loss.

Our El Rio residents had a wonderful trip to Resendiz Family Fruit Barn! 🎃🍁

We enjoyed the petting zoo, the marigold racetrack, and their famous cinnamon and sugar pie crust. We also had a great time watching all the little ones run around picking pumpkins!

It was the perfect autumn day!

Our residents enjoyed a trip to the beautiful, historic McHenry Mansion in downtown Modesto! It was a great afternoon of learning and exploring, with a special thank you to our amazing tour guide, Nancy, for showing us around.

El Rio was recently featured in Greet Ripon magazine! 🐾❤️ The article, “Soft Hearts & Wagging Tails,” shares the story of therapy dogs Moses and Ellie and the special connection they make with people, including during a visit with our residents here at El Rio.

We loved seeing their visit and the joy they brought to our community highlighted in this month’s issue!

Our trip to Bristol Hospice’s Bingo Bonanza was a great time! 🤩

There were plenty of prizes, food vendors, and community spirit throughout the event. Our team also set up a lemonade stand for everyone to enjoy! 🍋
