We added Lisa Brush, a Nurse Practitioner to our growing practice in January of 2016 & Leslie Simon, a Nurse Practitioner in April of 2019. FYI for Wednesday, December 31st: We will not have a provider in the office seeing patients Wednesday. There will be staff here answering phones, scheduling routine appointments, & giving telephone triage advice. If you have an emergency, please call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest emergency room. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. We will be back in the office seeing patients on Friday, January 2nd at 9am. Thank you for your patience.
