Faces turned to protect the innocent. 😄

Here’s a little peek behind the scenes. One of our longtime caregivers is teaching one of our newer caregivers how to make soft boiled eggs and sunny side up eggs, exactly the way our client loves them.

We don’t believe in one size fits all care. When we meet a new client, we learn their routines, their preferences, and the little things that make a house feel like home. Then we train our caregivers to match. Sometimes that means mobility support or medication reminders. Sometimes it means getting the yolk just right.

Home Care Champions Experience 2026
I may be a little crazy, but I absolutely love going to conferences. The interaction with other home care owners, and department heads. Going to breakout sessions, talking about what's working in our business and where we may be stuck. Its all priceless. And it doesn't hurt when the conference is in San Diego! It's such a beautiful place to do anything.
Nick Bonitatibus, Owner & Founder, Digital Champions was our wonderful host. He brought together vendors that are leading the transformation of the home care industry. Best of all, I got to make a few new friends that I can rely on the future.
And as conferences go, it was some of the best food I've ever had. Thanks, Nick!

Ask Robin: What's the difference between Home Health and Home Care?

It's one of the most common questions we hear, so Robin's breaking it down.
Home Health is medical care ordered by a physician, things like skilled nursing or physical therapy, usually for a limited time after a surgery or hospital stay.
Home Care is different. It's the non-medical, day-to-day support that helps seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home: help with bathing, meals, mobility, transportation, and companionship. It's ongoing for as long as a family needs it.
Many of the families we work with need both at the same time, and that's completely normal.

Meet Rajiv Singh, our Scheduling Director at Provident Care.

Rajiv moved to Modesto in 2006 to pursue his American Dream, and after graduating from California State University, Stanislaus in 2013, he went looking for a place where his skills could serve a real purpose.
He found that at Provident Care.In his own words," it was almost love at first sight." He saw firsthand how our team approaches senior care: with honesty, sincerity, and the belief that every client deserves the same care we'd want for our own family.
Ten years later, Rajiv is still here, still proud, and still grateful for the chance to help families keep their loved ones safe at home. It's something he wants for the seniors in his own life too, and it shows in everything he does for our families.

Giving the kind of care we would want for someone we love….we did just that for Amy’s grandma.

My grandma was blessed to receive care from the incredible team at Provident Care.
