HUMAN DESIGN & NERVOUS SYSTEM ALCHEMY @ Blue Moon Camping Fest
Energy is Everything. There are a million and one ways to operate in this world, so get confirmation on exactly how YOU are meant to do so. I'm Cait Gallegos and I spent years, decades, fighting against my natural energetic cycles, trying to force myself into an “acceptable” format according to what my family and community were telling me, all the while not knowing why I felt awful all the time. When I discovered Human Design, it felt as if everything snapped into focus and I received the permission to exist just as I was meant to.
With this workshop, I hope to offer participants the same, a glimpse into the cosmic influences that shaped their energetic blueprint and permission to fully be themselves. There will be an overview of the major elements of a human design chart, then time for some individual decoding. Stop wondering how to create your magick and start living it.
To ensure I have the information I need, participants will need to provide their date, time and location of birth by 5/22.

Your nervous system is the gateway between your body, mind, and intuition. When it feels safe, clarity, connection, and creativity open naturally.
In this experiential workshop, Amber Tillinghast will guide you through simple Neurosomatic Intelligence tools that help shift the brain and body out of survival mode and into greater capacity and resilience.
Using breath, movement, sensory drills, and nervous system assessments, you’ll learn how to influence your state in real time and discover which tools work best for your unique system.
Participants will leave with practical practices — and a small on-the-go nervous system kit — to help regulate, ground, and reconnect with themselves anytime.
