I'm sharing this insightful post from dr. Ben Lynch and the resources he has cited as the topic of Histamine "disbalance" or "dysregulation" is a frequently overlooked topic and catalyst of many inflammatory conditions including autoimmune processes.... Biomolecularly human beings are a series of biochemical cascades.... We have a unique genetic blueprint that influences the function and balance of all these processes... As histamine is a precursor inflammatory molecule of many biomolecular, regenerative, immunologic, healing, and inflammatory processes, an over-reactive response may trigger a state that cascades towards a pathological disease process. This is a very general understanding, however imagine how this applies to the digestive tract, to the respiratory system....
One important thing to realize is that histamine is also an exogenous substance found in foods or can be triggered by certain foods...
Imagine a situation where we have an impaired processing of the enzyme which clears out histamine, or just a general proneness to reacting to certain environmental triggers with an excessive immune response- Think allergies. Etc
If you would like to discuss an alternative and natural way of clearing the body of excess histamine and regulating histamine levels with nutrition and supplements please don't hesitate to call or write an email.

Do you deal with histamine issues?
Ever had recurring episodes of histamine intolerance?
A question we hear often is:
🔎 Can you permanently FIX histamine intolerance?
Answer:
💡 No, because the process is still driven by your genes. You can’t change your genes. BUT you can change the way your genes respond. You CAN give your body the nutritional support it needs so it can stop overreacting to histamines.
What’s most important in managing histamines?
• Understanding that Histamine Intolerance is VERY different from food allergies.
• Knowing what triggers YOUR Histamine Intolerance. These might be different for everyone but can include certain foods, environmental exposures, stress, etc.
• Using supplements and nutritional support as needed.
At Seeking Health, we know that histamines are a top concern for many people. That’s why we’ve created educational resources and supplements to help you on your histamine journey.
