HOW DO WE GET OUT OF OUR HEADS AND INTO OUR HEARTS IN ANIMAL COMMUNICATION?

Our animals show us the way out of our heads and into our hearts.

Here are the steps you can take to get out of your head and into your heart while working with animals:

1. MEDITATE

You can meditate for 10 minutes or more, there are meditations you can get right off YouTube. This will allow for your mind to let go and to come to an open space inside of you.

2. ELIMINATE ALL NOISE

Yes, we live in a loud world. We have to learn how to still connect with our animals in this space, and this is totally possible. It is a matter of focusing our intention to only connect with an animal. Imagine yourself and the animal in a bubble of sorts and all the outside noise and distractions only live outside of this protected bubble. It will be you and the animal only, like nothing outside of this bubble exists.

3. LET GO

We must let go of all our intrusive thoughts, starting from the mundane mental grocery list for the day to the heartbreak of our world and the world at large. When these thoughts come in as distractions, you intentionally let them go one by one and reorient your focus on the animal.

4. BEGIN IN THE QUIET STILLNESS

Once you achieve the quiet in the stillness, set an intention to connect heart to heart with the animal you are working with. You can say for example, I would like to connect heart to heart with Fluffy.

5. ALLOW YOUR HEART TO FILL WITH LOVE

It helps to make this physical by putting your hand on your heart and reaching out your other hand towards the heart center of the animal you are connecting with. Think about love and allow yourself to give and receive love from the animal.

6. ANIMAL COMMUNICATION IS HEART TO HEART COMMUNICATION

To connect and communicate with an animal effectively, we must be focused in the heart space. It begins here.

As I have spoken about before, animals, collectively, our animals as well as wild animals have been teaching us unconditional love for many many years. They express love to us in this way, that is why we feel loved on another level with animals and a pure acceptance of who we are. They teach us through giving us unconditional love, how to love ourselves and how to love others in the world. It is the highest expression of love that exists.

Our animals are here for unconditional love and support for our highest creations, they are the ones that truly SEE us. They want us to focus on seeing ourselves as they see us, WHOLE, living with unlimited possibility and ability. When we forget who we are or our purpose, animals collectively are here to guide us back to who we are and what we came here to do. They literally are our pillars of support.

TELEPATHY is defined as mind to mind communication.

HOW DOES IT COME THROUGH?

It’s all sensory! It takes place from the animal's mind to your mind!

SENSORY CHANNELS:

1. DIALOGUE: Here, you will have a conversation back and forth with an animal. This is them talking and you talking back.

2. THOUGHTS: Here, you can receive an animal's thoughts.

3. IMAGES: Here, you can receive individual visual images or like a rolling movie set of imagery from an animal. They can also show you a color.

4. FEELINGS: Here, you can receive how an animal feels emotionally and spiritually. You will feel this emotion come up inside of you as they are communicating to you.

5. PHYSICAL SENSATIONS: Here, you can receive how an animal is feeling physically, ailments they might be struggling with or sickness. While an animal cannot provide a diagnosis as they don't know what that is, they can describe how they are feeling physically. You will feel this ailment or sickness briefly within your own body as they are communicating to you. You can also gather how they are doing energetically throughout their body. *Animal Communication works alongside a vet's diagnosis and treatment plan, it is not a substitute for vet care.

6. TASTES: Here, you can receive how different foods, drinks, the earth and random objects taste for an animal. You will taste in your mouth how it tastes for them.

7. SMELLS: Here, you can receive how different foods, drinks, the earth and random objects and sometimes even you, smell to an animal. You will smell what they smell.

✨SIGNS FROM ANIMALS IN THE AFTERLIFE✨

1. DREAMS. Animals often show up in our dreams with either a memory that we shared together or to meet up with us in the dream. We may have a new experience with them or maybe they share a message with us that is important and relevant for our life now. Our dream state is very open in our subconscious and it is easier for our animals to meet us there.

2. WE JUST KNOW. We can feel our animal's presence. We know they are around us. You know this in your heart that they are with you even though you cannot see them. It feels like an inner knowing.

3. WE FEEL THEM. You may feel the physical weight of your animal or feel them brush up against us. There is a physical sensation that you feel in your body.

4. WE SEE THEM. You may see a whole body image of your animal. Or possibly you see their shadow in the shape of their body. They may glide past you, you may see them in your peripheral vision. It will often be quick like a flash.

5. WE HEAR THEM. You may hear your cat meow or your dog bark like they used to. You know it is their voice, it is unmistakable. You may hear them walking, the sound of their claws, them playing with their ball, etc.

6. WE SMELL THEM. You may wake up and smell your animal's fur, their breath, their bedding, etc. This will happen at random times it feels. It could happen at home or while you are out.

7. WE SEE SIGNS. You may see symbols that relate to your animal. You may see synchronicities when thinking about your animal, such as 11:11 on the clock. Sometimes you see signs of them in nature, on a billboard, etc. Sometimes, wild animals intervene to give us messages from our animals.

Instead of fearing your animal’s transition, think of it as the deepest honor to stand witness in love while your animal lets go, only to be born again.

It is understandable that we often feel overwhelming grief, fear and crippling doubt as our animal transitions. We all go through it, eventually.

I have found that bearing witness to your beloved animal's transition is in fact, an honor.

Years ago, when I helped my beloved Snoopy, my kitty of 23 beautiful years transition, I knew it was coming as there were signs. But, what I was really present for were her final moments of taking in life, the world around her and our relationship.

When I knew she was close, I did not do anything else but tend to her needs, her wants and her last desires while holding her in love the whole way.

I was scared. I remember calling my dear friend and telling her, I don't think I can do this, I can't lose my Snoopy. She talked me through.

I knew she was in the perfect place to pass on as my mother's home was her favorite place she has ever lived, a sacred and historic place filled with a plethora of wildlife, sunshine, historic oaks, and old world charm.

I fed her her favorite sashimi fish platter of yellowtail, salmon and tuna along with her favorite organic turkey pastrami from Whole Foods. She ate it up and this ended up being her last meal.

Snoopy's favorite thing in life was to go outside and explore the world. She took her last walk the day before she passed.

On the day of her passing, she climbed up one last time on my chest and I held her for a couple hours. I told her everything I wanted to say, I talked about our favorite memories and how much I appreciate her. I told her it was okay to let go when she was ready and that I will always love her.

After this, I took her outside of my mother's home in her bed and we sat in the sun while the majestic oaks surrounded us.

As she was passing, she showed me something so vividly beautiful that I will never forget. She showed me her transition, an image of my mother vibrant and reaching out to Snoopy saying "Come on Snoopy" and Snoopy running to her.

I could feel that our love was eternal in her last moments.

I could feel through the sadness at the sheer beauty of bearing witness of my beloved Snoopy's transition.

I deeply felt that our relationship evolution came full circle.

I share this to remind all of you that through the sadness of your beloved's passing lies the deepest honor and reverence of their life and your beautiful relationship together.

WHAT IS PINK LIGHT & HOW TO SEND IT TO YOUR BELOVED ANIMAL:

💗💗💗

PINK LIGHT IS THE LIGHT OF UNCONDITIONAL LOVE.

YOU CAN USE PINK LIGHT TO NURTURE, LOVE, HEAL AND CONNECT WITH YOUR BELOVED ANIMAL.

Pink light is great for use with animals that have anxiety, fear, pain, trauma, hyperactivity, grief and it is great to use with lost animals.

THIS IS HOW YOU USE PINK LIGHT WITH YOUR ANIMAL:

1. You get on their level physically, this means sit down and face them preferably eye to eye. If you are working with a lost animal, you would hold a clear photo of their face to make the connection right in front of you.

2. You put your hand over your heart with one hand and place your other arm out towards your animal’s heart center and you imagine in your mind that a loving pink light is within your heart center, it can be of any shade, and moving in a beam into your animal’s heart center, filling them with pink light. Imagine your animal receiving this pink light and feeling loved, safe and healed. Maintain this pink beam of light between your heart centers for as long as you can.

3. At this time as you are holding the pink light between your heart centers, you say aloud with intention, “I am sending you (insert animal name here) pink light. You will feel nurtured by love, safety and healing with this light. Whenever you feel lost, know we are always connected heart to heart by this pink light. You can go back to this light and find me at any time. This pink light surrounds you with love at all times.” For lost animals, you look at the face photo of your animal long enough until you can hold a clear image of their face and area of their heart center on their body and all its details in your mind, you lock this in, and then as you put your hand on your heart, you place your other arm out towards your lost animal’s heart center holding the image above as if they are right there with you physically, and say the above. Your animal gets your communication via the pink light beam that extends from your heart to their heart.

THE KEY: #2 and #3 happen together. Essentially, you will be holding one hand over your heart, while extending your other arm out towards the heart center of your animal in front of you. As you do this, you are imagining a pink light in your heart center beaming out and into the heart center of your animal and your animal receiving this pink light, and communicating aloud the above words.

The more you practice daily with your animal, the longer you’ll be able to hold it. And, if it helps you, do a meditation before doing this exercise to allow for an open heart center within you.

The goal is to nourish a loving and healthy environment for your beloved animal for years to come!

For your lost animal, the goal is to maintain the connection with your animal during this very challenging time, while reassuring them that they are loved and safe. I have had clients where the pink light exercise when done daily and consistently brings their animal back home, or brings the two of them to a meeting point.

Hello Everyone,

It’s been a bit as this little lady who communicates with your beloved animals has been very busy behind the scenes working with a new influx of clients that I just adore.

To say, I am grateful, would be an understatement.

I am thrilled with where my life and work are headed.

Last year, a passing thought came to me... what if there is more out there for me?

Little did I know, a seed was being planted that day.

Shortly after, I experienced a brutal redirect of my life journey that came unexpectedly.

It’s amazing how the universe protects us and it takes relentless faith and trust to be in a place of acceptance, especially when living through your darkest hour.

I had to heal. I had to let go. I had to wait in the ebb.

Believing in the more I was not physically experiencing yet.

The truth is, there are some experiences in my life where I can never go back, there is a line drawn in the sand with permanence, never again. It’s a literal rebirth. I have not spent a day missing the journey I was on because I see the truth. That path was not for me.

And, here I am today, in the bloom.

Surrounded by an amazing local community of friendships whom I share passion, work, values and play together.

A kitty cat named Solene whom I adore.

My work has exploded in all the good ways.

And, there is so much more to come!!

My heart wishes the same richness for all of you.

Formally introducing 😻 SOLENE 😻

Her name is pronounced SO-LEN

I honestly didn’t think it would take me this long to name this baby girl, but we had to get to know each other, I needed to see her personality and who she is. And, here we are with the perfect name for her!

SOLENE radiates sun, sunlight, effortless elegance, wisdom, mysticism, beauty, soulfulness, femininity, grace and joy!

She brings so much joy, love, expansion and freedom!

And, she’s a super smart girl!

She listens very well and does what I ask of her instantly most of the time, which is miraculous to watch. She’s very playful. She’s gorgeous, obviously. I adore her golden eyeliner, ear tuffs, floof tail and her coloring and markings. She’s friends with the 🐿️ and likes to hang with them. Birds and insects are for the chase, however. She adores my dad. She is obsessed with lettuce and I have to let her pick her favorite piece and she’ll carry it around the house very proudly and play with it. This is no coincidence because, her mommy is obsessed salad haha. She has the cutest little chirps. And, she always greets me by getting on her back and I have to immediately stop by rubbing her belly. She’s a lover girl.

And, we’ve been going on adventures in the backyard for a few months. She loves it!

She’s very happy with her name and chose it herself along with me.

We are going to do beautiful work together my Solene.
