Surviving Broken Brains and Broken Hearts I am the caretaker of my daughter, a brain injury survivor. I also struggle with mental health issues including anxiety and depression.

I am a mom on the doorstep of bein an empty nester, or I was, until my daughter had an aneurysm which left her with disabilities that require her to have constant supervision. I'm a planner, a professional, and I have earned both a bachelor's and master's degree, but I also suffer from panic attacks, had a mental breakdown, and continue to struggle with mental health issues. , and I am a Christian, but I also have days when I feel totally disconnected from God. I guess all of this makes me a human.
