Request an appointment-submit the form and we will call you back during normal business hours.
Self-scheduling sick clinic appointment-pick the time you would like to reserve during our morning sick office hours to have your child seen by our fist available provider.
Self-scheduling well child visit-pick the time that works best for your child's next annual well visit, make sure it has been a full year and/or your insurance will cover.
And Same day sick appointments- these visits are for acute illnesses and you will need to check available providers and times, these change frequently throughout the day based on availability.

If these options don't work, call us, we are happy to schedule appointments for your children when you contact us during normal business hours.
Remember if your child needs an ER follow-up, a concussion follow-up, ADHD, mental health or any other type of appointment please call our office to schedule.
Avoid calling multiple times and leaving multiple messages at different extensions, this can delay our ability to serve our families promptly.

How can we help your child?

Our Sick Walk-In Clinic is available Monday thru Friday 8 am to 9:45 am for established sick patients over the age of 2 months with acute symptoms.
You no longer have to wait around until office hours to book an appointment. You can use one of our self-scheduling links to reserve your time now!
