We are looking for a compassionate, confident, and organized Home Care Nurse to join our team!
This is an exciting opportunity for an RN who enjoys a combination of client care, assessment, care coordination, staff support, education, and leadership. You will play an important role in helping our clients remain safe, comfortable, and supported in their own homes.
Required Qualifications
•Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Maryland
•Experience in home care, home health, private duty care, or a related setting
•Strong knowledge of medication administration and management
•Strong assessment, care planning, and documentation skills
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to develop positive relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
•Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team
•Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance
•Ability to successfully complete required background and registry checks and meet all applicable state requirements
