Folks - with the hot weather, please remember to drink plenty of fluid (preferably with electrolytes such as a sport drink) An easy method to tell if you are well hydrated is urination - you should be urinating at lease every 2 hrs. If your forehead feels hot, and you cant quickly get it to cool down, the please seek shelter immediately. And, if you are in a Lymes endemic area, please protect yourself.
