✨ Meet Ella! ✨

We are so excited to welcome Ella to the Birthstone Midwifery & Wellness team as our newest birth assistant and midwifery student!

Beginning in 2027, Ella will step into her senior student role as she completes the final phase of her journey to becoming a midwife with Birthstone Midwives. During this time, she’ll be attending births alongside Nicolette and Amanda, receiving hands-on mentorship and support as she prepares for independent practice.

Our story with Ella began years ago when we all worked together at a birth center during the early days of her midwifery training. Watching her grow into the compassionate, knowledgeable birth worker she is today has been such a joy. We couldn’t be more proud of how far she’s come, and we’re honored to be part of the final chapter of her journey.
