HOLIDAY GROUP IS COMINGGGG!!!! YAYYYY
We're so excited for our psychoeducation support group, FINDING PEACE THROUGH THE SEASON, to start in November.
Our Generations is offering an eight-week, in-person psychoeducational support group for adults who may experience increased stress, grief, loneliness, family conflict, financial pressure, or emotional overwhelm during the holiday season and transition into the new year.
CCS CLIENTS WELCOMED (all SFs are encouraged to approve at least 4 group hours weekly)

Men’s mental health is important because too many men feel pressure to stay silent, stay strong, or “handle it on their own.” But the truth is: everyone deserves support, space to breathe, and a place to be understood.
