I have mixed emotions!! 🥹🌅

Tuesday is the LAST Beach Yoga at Sunset of the season! One more evening by the water before I officially switch gears and head into vendor season. 🧘‍♀️✨

This will be my first time filling my schedule with vendor events, showcasing new products, and focusing more on my product line throughout the upcoming seasons. But before we get there, I want to hold onto summer just a little longer with nature, community, self-care, and stillness.

I’ll also be leading one final outdoor yoga + meditation class by the lake on August 29th for The Bloom Project’s Parking Lot Party fundraiser.

Somebody pinch me… seriously! 🥹✨ I still can’t believe this is what I get to do for my job.

Tonight was absolutely perfect. Even with the cloudy skies and a limited sunset, the lake was calm, the breeze was crisp, deer practically joined our class, our community showed up, and I was surrounded by people choosing to spend their Friday night investing in themselves through self-care.

I’m not going to lie, this summer I felt like I took a bit of a step back. But tonight reminded me exactly why I fell in love with yoga, mindfulness, and creating these experiences in nature. There is something so incredibly special about slowing down, breathing deeply, and sharing that with others. It truly felt magical.

Thank you to everyone who came tonight, for showing up for yourselves and for supporting me. It means more than you’ll ever know. I love you all, and I hope to see you at our last Beach Yoga at Sunset: Tuesday, August 11th! 🫶🏻🧘🌅

Introducing the NEW Bug Bite Relief Roller Blend! 🦟✨🌿

I started making Tub Tea by Whitney,’s bug repellent spray four years ago, and I rarely sit outside without it. This past week, I figured it wouldn’t be a big deal… until you see my foot (pictured below). 😅 Since mosquito bites are usually rare for me, the itching and irritation have been driving me crazy!

So I created a Bug Bite Relief Roller Blend, hand-pouring each bottle and carefully blending every oil one at a time.

After testing it myself, I can honestly say the itch felt so much better! I noticed relief within about 10 minutes. While the swelling has started to go down for me, this blend was created to help soothe the itch and irritation that comes with bug bites.

As I work through harvesting the remainder of my garden, I’m reminded that seasons come and go, and with every new season comes new opportunity. The hard times don’t last forever, and there is always hope for what’s ahead.

No matter where you are in your journey, I hope you’ve found time to do something you love, spend time with a friend or loved one, and remember that every season brings the chance to begin again.

In addition to preparing orders, the garden is keeping me busy too… it’s blooming season! 🌹

Freshly harvested rose petals are used in some of my favorite Tub Tea by Whitney products, including Summertime Glow Oil, Cuticle Glow Oil, Women’s Glow Bar Soap, and Tub Tea Bath Soaks.

Throwback to one of the very first Beach Yoga at Sunset classes! 🌅🧘‍♀️

It’s funny how the years go by. I don’t even have that crewneck anymore because it was worn and loved so much.

Beach Yoga at Sunset has always been my favorite class. It’s slower, more peaceful, and gives us a chance to pause, breathe, and appreciate the beauty around us while connecting with a wonderful community.

Join me for beginner-friendly Hatha yoga and guided meditation on the beach as we watch the sunset together.
