UGH
it’s been a minute and this is gonna be a vulnerable one; let’s talk mental health

Everyone goes through it, everyone experiences it - life gets busy, or stressful, or overwhelming, sometimes really busy, stressful, and overwhelming, and things that once were so important fall to the wayside.

For me, my phone and social media are the first to go when things get tough. I set the phone down, i connect with what’s right in front of me because the 1 or 2 missed text messages have suddenly turned into 200 unread texts (I wish i was joking 😅) & i can’t bare to start whittling away at them.

Please take this as a reminder to be gentle to yourself. Life gets busy, things happen, and burnout is so hard to climb out of. Take care of you.

But the only way out is through, and we have made it to the other side. I have unbelievably missed posting, connecting, and being involved in our social media page. I miss talking with all of you guys, hearing stories and experiences and just simply being virtually involved.

BUT

we’re back and better than ever😎
it’s our favorite season, the door is wide open and we have so many new and exciting things happening. The show continued on, just quietly and behind the scenes and we have SO much to show you!

Posts may still be spotty, but we’re getting back to it! Thank you so so much for your patience and continued support. We cannot express to you enough how much it means to us.
