She is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 15 years of nursing experience and a diverse clinical background that includes correctional health, outpatient care, inpatient settings, and the operating room. Throughout her career, she has worked with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and with varying healthcare and mental health needs. These experiences have strengthened her passion for providing compassionate, individualized care and meeting patients where they are.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in Psychiatric Mental Health from Frontier Nursing University. She is excited to join Conquer Clinics and continue engaging with the community by providing accessible, holistic mental health care to individuals who need it. She believes mental health treatment should be patient centered, evidence based, and collaborative, while also respecting each person’s autonomy, values, goals, and individual circumstances.

She is passionate about building meaningful relationships with patients and creating a safe, supportive environment where they feel heard and empowered to participate in their care. She looks forward to being part of the Conquer Clinics team and helping expand access to quality mental health services in the communities Conquer serves.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, especially internationally, and exploring new places and cultures. Most importantly, she enjoys spending time with her family and making the most of their time together.

Conquer Puyallup got a fresh start. Maybe it is time for yours too.

We recently remodeled our Puyallup clinic with new floors, cabinets, paint, and a refreshed space for the people we serve.

And we are accepting new patients.

Conquer provides outpatient mental health and addiction treatment, medication management, substance use treatment, and peer support. Our Puyallup location has onsite providers for substance use treatment and co occurring mental health and addiction medication management, with additional members of the Conquer team available through telehealth.

We’re hiring an HR Assistant at CONQUER!

We are looking for someone who is honest, dependable, hardworking, organized, and genuinely excited about the mission of CONQUER.

This is a full time, in person position in Everett supporting our HR team.

The right person does not necessarily need to have the perfect HR resume. Character, work ethic, follow through, and willingness to learn matter a lot to us.

You’ll help with things like:

• Employee onboarding and offboarding
• HR documentation and employee files
• Credential and training tracking
• Recruiting and job postings
• Following up with employees and supervisors
• Scheduling and administrative support
• Helping keep our HR systems organized and moving

HR or administrative experience is definitely helpful.

More than anything, we want someone we can trust, who works hard, takes ownership of their work, and wants to be part of what CONQUER is building.

Location: Everett, WA
Schedule: Full time, in person
Pay: $25 to $28 per hour, depending on experience
Benefits: Health insurance, paid time off, and additional benefits available to eligible employees

CONQUER is hiring!

We’re looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, behavioral health, human services, counseling, substance use disorders, or a related field who wants to build a career in behavioral health.

The role includes working directly with clients, running groups, helping people build skills and work toward treatment goals, and completing documentation as part of the treatment team.

Pay is expected to be around $27 to $30/hour depending on experience and credentials.

CONQUER offers paid time off, holiday pay, health insurance with employer contribution, and opportunities to grow into additional behavioral health credentials and roles.

Experience in mental health, substance use treatment, case management, or human services is preferred, but we’re open to the right person who is ready to learn and grow.
