Eighteen years ago today, on August 4, 2008, I took a leap of faith and opened Absolute Care, Inc.

What started as a vision became a mission. Over the last 18 years we've celebrated victories, endured setbacks, navigated policy changes, staffing shortages, economic uncertainty, and every challenge that comes with serving people. Through it all, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to treating people with dignity, compassion, and respect.

To every employee who gave their heart, every client and family who trusted us, every referral source, partner, and supporter, Thank You. You helped build something that has stood the test of time.

Eighteen years isn't just a business anniversary. It's thousands of lives touched, countless relationships built, and a reminder that when your purpose is bigger than your profits, the work leaves a legacy.

We are currently seeking dependable, compassionate, and motivated individuals to join the Absolute Care, Inc. team. Hours vary based on client needs and program schedules.

Minimum Requirements:

* Valid Driver’s License
* Social Security Card
* Current CPR & First Aid Certification
* Ability to pass a criminal background check
